Centrally located, this unit is just minutes away from local attractions, dining, and shopping. Lake Conway and Barber Park are about 5 minutes by car. The Hourglass District and Leu Gardens are about 10 and 15 minutes away by car, respectively. Downtown Orlando is about 15 minutes by car. As a multi-unit property, occasional noise from neighbors is possible, and guests are asked to keep noise levels low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A maximum of 2 house-trained and non-aggressive dogs are allowed, and a crate is required if they are left alone indoors. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. The pet fee will apply, and owners are liable for damages.
