The home is also a short walking distance to Magazine St. and St. Charles Ave, a 5-minute ride to French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and a mile away from Harrah's New Orleans casino. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house or on the balcony, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
