Located in the Lower Garden District, this home is known for its dining, jazz clubs, bars, and vibrant nightlife. It's a 5-minute drive to the city’s historic French Quarter and just 2 blocks from the famous St. Charles Avenue. Hop on the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley), only 2 blocks away, that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters. It's also a short walking distance to the famous Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue. Harrah's New Orleans casino is located a mile away. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking.
