This single-level house features a spacious layout, historic architectural details, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The beautiful open-plan living and dining room area combines modern amenities with historic architectural details. The spacious bedrooms feature custom-made furniture and smart TVs. The main room smart TV is 55 inches and has a soundbar that can play Bluetooth from your smartphone. Enjoy a spa-like atmosphere with continuous hot water for showers from a tankless water heater, central air and heat, insulation, and ceiling fans throughout. There are also fully upgraded bathrooms with needed essentials and an on-site laundry room. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. For one pet, guests should pay a $125 pet cleaning fee plus tax, and for two pets, the total is $195 plus tax. Famous late-night bars such as Tipitina’s, F&M’s, and Le Bon Ton are all within walking distance, as are countless restaurants and shops. This house is also located near Magazine St and Uptown, a short ride to the famous French Quarter and Bourbon St, and close to Audubon Park and Tulane University, Mississippi River Heritage Park, The National WWII Museum, Big Easy Bach, and countless bars, restaurants, and music venues. Smoking is prohibited in the house, as well as on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, and non-aggressive breeds of dogs (aggressive breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Husky, Akita, Bulldogs, German Shephard, and Bull terrier). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per property. Guests are responsible for all damages to property and people which may be caused by the pet. The maximum size of the pet is 50 lbs. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine, plus the cost to recover or clean the property. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. You will also have access to a spacious and fenced backyard with a beautiful patio with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour. Plenty of free street parking is available in front.
