There is a dining table with chairs in front of a second fireplace, a wet bar area with high stools, and 3 modern fireplaces including 2 in the living/dining room and 1 in the kitchen. The modern bathrooms feature tiles, bathtubs and amenities. This apartment is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
