With thoughtful touches throughout the house, this place is primed for a great stay whether you’re here for vacation or work! The modern, charming, and functional kitchen looks like it waltzed off the pages of an interior design magazine! Whether you’re looking to whip up some morning biscuits or simply unpack the take-out, this kitchen is sure to win you over! The dining space offers a welcoming environment to sit back and enjoy a tasty meal with a classic wood dinner table with seating for up to 6. The lovely living room, with vaulted ceilings and an elegant chandelier, will welcome you with open arms. The comfortable seating makes it easy to sit back, lounge, and relax while the inviting space lets you chat with your companions, read a nice book, or enjoy a quick afternoon nap. Both bedrooms have been custom-designed and furnished to cultivate a restful environment for your sleep, ensuring a good night’s rest every night during your stay. Free parking is available to all guests on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. Welcome to Houston! While you’re here, be sure to check out our culinary scene – it’s sure to impress! Did you know residents in Houston eat out more times a week than any other city in America?! Nearby attractions include Minute Maid Park, home to the Houston Astros, The Houston Museum of Natural Science, and the Houston Zoo. Exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose offer great restaurants, lively bars, and exciting times! Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. We have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations and to prevent unauthorized parties. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, we do not provide wood and ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, making it remote work-friendly.
