This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and TVs in all bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and a crib and extra full bed in the bonus room. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, and utensils. Guests have access to a 2-car indoor garage and free street parking. Off-site community amenities include access to Emancipation Park, which features a full gym, outdoor pool (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis and basketball courts, and a kids' playground and baseball field. Please ask your host for instructions on using your free guest pass. Located in the MacGregor area, this townhome offers fast and easy access to all of Houston’s main destinations by car or rideshare. While the neighborhood is not walkable, major attractions, business districts, and airports are just minutes away. Public transportation options include a metro bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away and the Metrorail Purple Line at UH/TSU, approximately 5 minutes by car. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests in the community. Absolutely no smoking indoors, with violations incurring a $600 smoke remediation fee. Smoking is allowed only outside, with improper disposal of cigarette butts risking a $250 cleanup charge. Pets are not allowed, with unauthorized pets resulting in a $500 fee per pet per stay. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed overnight, with extra or unauthorized guests incurring a $50 per person, per night fee. Unauthorized events may result in a $1000 fine. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for a fee, with unauthorized late checkout incurring $25 per 30 minutes. Checkouts after 1 PM without approval are charged the full-day rate. The townhome offers fast 1 Gbps internet, ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
