This inviting 1-bedroom English basement apartment is perfect for both business and pleasure visits to the capital city. It comfortably sleeps and houses up to 4 people and comes fully equipped with a kitchen as well as a washer and dryer for your laundering convenience. Pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs, and there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80 per pet per stay for a maximum of five nights. From 10 PM to 8 AM, adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that any prohibited items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair. Always use the flat sheets provided to cover the sleeper sofa should you need it to sleep. All linens are provided and can be found inside the sleeper sofa chaise compartment.
