Repeated violations may result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. This is a 100% non-smoking property, and guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit, patios, or common guest areas. All guests will be required to verify their information, which includes a 3rd-party background check. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 is payable on the first night of your stay. An additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during the period of your stay and released back within 7 days after check-out to cover any incidentals.
