Easy access to Downtown Ballard by bike or car makes city exploration convenient. This home is in Ballard, a hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle with many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and access to a lovely beach park at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave is the key retail street. The home is one block away from the main road (15th Ave) and is within walking distance of food and shopping options. The main road also has plenty of bus stops. If you are exploring the rest of Seattle, getting a car or Uber is a better option. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
