A small deck off the basement living room offers a large BBQ grill and views of the ravine below, where wildlife often passes through. The small parking lot includes 1 designated space for this unit, and there is free street parking available throughout the neighborhood, though not directly in front of the unit. Nestled between the Historic Old-Town district and the beautiful North End of Tacoma, this centrally located condo offers easy access to nearly any part of Tacoma. It is situated on a major bus line, making it convenient to explore the city. The University of Puget Sound is about a 15-minute walk away, while the waterfront and the hip Proctor Districts are about a 20-minute walk. Downtown is approximately 2 miles away, and the Tacoma Dome is about 4 miles. Enjoy the local bar/restaurant, coffee shop, wine bar, or spa just across the street. The unit is multi-level, with the main living area as you enter. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and there is a bedroom, balcony with a barbecue, and a den with a large TV downstairs. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old with available ID and must stay at the property as the responsible party. We strictly enforce our no parties or gatherings rules, and any additional guests must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. There is a $250 smoke remediation fee for evidence of smoking indoors and a $250 fee for breaking the no pets rule.
