The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a wall-mounted TV. Two additional bedrooms have queen and bunk beds. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy and includes a relaxing jacuzzi. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Free parking is available on the streets. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six.
