By car, it's 1 minute to The Gulch, 4 minutes to 12th South and Vanderbilt, 5 minutes to Broadway, 7 minutes to Nissan Stadium, and 10 minutes to Five Points (East Nashville) and Germantown/Sounds Stadium. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required. A $400 fee will be charged if glass or other substances are found in the pool. The backyard and pool area are shared with the property owner, who resides next door. While the home is rented, the owner does not use these spaces, aside from occasional brief access to water plants. For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras. A 24/7 motion-activated Ring camera with audio and video recording monitors the front door only.
