A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay connected. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. If not registered, a fee of $120 per dog will be charged. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Situated in the historic Elizabeth neighborhood, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Enjoy a vibrant local scene with more than 40 locally owned restaurants within a half-mile walking distance, and explore the lush greenery of Independence Park and the renowned greenway trails. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately without a refund.
