I spent 2 years at the Vue. Had an amazing experience overall, and would come back in a heartbeat if I were to move back to Charlotte. The staff is absolutely amazing, and need to be called out:
Jada - the barista, she is super pleasant, always puts a smile on everyone’s face in the morning. She is friendly, helpful, kind and super talented! Highly recommend trying to get to know her if you can!
Concierge: Miguel, Shekinah, Mia, Triniti, Donny, and John are always welcoming you with a smile when coming into the building and rushing to open the door to help you. Amazing people all around
Maintenance staff: Sammie and his crew are always helping and running around. Although I lived in an human-owned apartment, which has its own maintenance staff, I was able to work with the maintenance crew when there was a small building issue. They were prompt, clean, and efficient.
Moving into this building can make your Charlotte experience so awesome! It’s very clean, has a lot of amenities, friendly tenants, helpful staff, and amazing views!

Fantastic building with a great staff and great amenities. When looking for a place to live, I was looking for a building focused on community and The Vue is it. There are weekly events out on by the concierge team and they always are a great time. The coffee bar in the morning with Jada is the best way to get the day started and she always makes the best drinks. So glad I chose The Vue.

We've very much enjoyed living at The Vue for a host of reasons (location, amenities, and of course the view(!)), but the best thing about our experience has undoubtedly been the staff. They are truly exceptional, setting a very high bar for customer service in the luxury rental space. Every interaction with the staff feels warm and genuine and no request has gone unmet. From the maintenance team to the front desk, we're always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. It's clear they take pride in fostering a welcoming atmosphere, which helped make a temporary living space feel like home. Special recognition to Mark, Miguel, Mia, John, Shekinah, Derek, Trinity, and Jada. We'll miss their hospitality and helpfulness.

When I arrived for my appointment to view my apartment, I was greeted properly and friendly. Hayes did a really nice job of showing me the apartment and the amenities and talk to me about the community activities. The apartment was clean and so was the apartment complex itself. it is perfectly located in uptown and very convenient and walkable. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We just moved into the Vue and we LOVE it! Our leasing agent, Gina was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire moving process. We asked to see several units (some more than once) and she was always enthusiastic and supportive and never made us feel like a burden or inconvenience. Even after we moved in, she was always available to answer any of our questions or help us get the round of move-in maintenance items addressed. We’re very happy with our decision to move here and the staff (in addition to Gina) have made it feel like home. The Concierge team is fantastic - they really go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. Moving is never easy, but this was one of the easiest moves we’ve done!

I enjoy living at The Vue, I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Charlotte. However, one of the best things about this property is The Vue team! Special shoutout Victor on the maintenance team. He’s very professional and knowledgeable on how to fix all issues that may arise in a unit.

I had heard plenty of good things about the Vue so I decided to check it out. Gina provided me with a great experience! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and had a great personality. Because of her, I applied before I left the property.
