The complex includes access to the gym and rooftop balcony. Only certified service animals are allowed, and breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and if you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties. In the evenings live music, craft brews, and boutique shops are just around the corner. On weekends, bike trails link the Riverwalk to Gray’s Lake, hit the Court Ave. Farmer’s Market, or head across the river and shop in the East Village. You can get around via Uber, Lyft, or bus. The apartment is within walking distance from the Skywalk that connects the entire city. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If any pets are brought onto the property without approval, a $500 fee will be charged. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox, and failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, you will be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. This unit is in an apartment building, and there is no control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, and recreation lounge.
