The community offers a 24-hour doorman and guests have access to all on-site amenities. This apartment features a full-size kitchen with all essentials. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and 32nd Street on the border of Midtown West and Chelsea in the heart of Manhattan, this apartment is at the center of it all in NYC! Photos are a representation of what the apartments look like, but exact room assignment will be determined upon arrival. Apartment size, furniture, and layout will vary. Not every 1-bedroom will have a desk/table, so please note your preference before booking, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. If you request a transfer to a different apartment after arrival, there will be a one-time $500 non-refundable transfer fee. Pets are prohibited in the apartment unit without prior written approval, and guest must comply with all terms and restrictions pertaining to pets. There is a one-time $500 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. A supplemental non-disclosure fee of $400.00 will become immediately due and payable if it becomes known that an unauthorized pet is being maintained in the apartment unit. All damage costs or excess cleaning charges arising from pets will be the responsibility of the guest and will be due and payable upon vacation or when incurred, whichever occurs first. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or any area of the community.
