Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and various outdoor spaces add to the experience. The property is located just a short distance from the clubhouse and near plenty of dining, shopping, and world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. A dedicated workspace is available.
