The home boasts a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy the spacious living room with enough seating for the whole family, and take advantage of the game room featuring foosball, air hockey, and pinball. The private pool offers an option to add heat, and the outdoor patio is equipped with a grill and loungers for your enjoyment. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day, with a week's notice required for setup. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Please note that propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. Windsor at Westside is a family-friendly resort near Disney and other world-class attractions. The community offers first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar. Located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just ten miles from Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions. Nearby, you'll find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will incur a fee of up to $250. The property is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, with fines up to $300 for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking available. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
