The layout balances privacy and convenience, with a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and four additional bedrooms plus three bathrooms upstairs. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cooking basics needed for breakfasts, snacks, or shared dinners. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per dog, subject to deposit. If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate set-up. Located in Windsor at Westside, this home is steps from a water park, a heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Additional amenities include volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and plenty of outdoor gathering spaces. Nearby dining, shopping, and Central Florida’s world-famous attractions are all within easy reach. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the check-out time of 10 AM to allow our cleaners enough time to prepare for the next guest. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Up to three cars may park on the street. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Includes a dedicated workspace.
