A full kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances lets you prepare simple meals or snacks. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area provide comfortable places to gather around the table for family meals or quick bites between attractions. The large living area comfortably accommodates the entire group, with ample seating for movie nights or planning the next day’s itinerary. Free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy the Regal Palms resort pool with a slide and lazy river, an indoor playground and gym, and a restaurant/bar and ice-cream shop. The community amenity center and clubhouse are also at your disposal, offering extra space for gatherings or quiet moments. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, covers up to ten wrist bands for the amenities; the resort provides ten wrist bands at guest services. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat off the beaten path where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, this Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Feel safe and at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a pet-friendly property. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.
