An additional cleaning fee applies per pet. Pet fees are $35 per night, per pet for 1–4 nights, $250 per pet for 5–29 nights, and $400 per pet for 30+ nights. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violation. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur additional charges. Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit to avoid attracting pests. Treat the property and its contents with respect. Any damages will be charged to the guest. To ensure safety and meet legal requirements, all guests must complete a verification process, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, completing a brief screening, and undergoing a background check (if required by property management or ownership).
