The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. The open, light-filled living area features two plush sofa beds and cozy seating, making it perfect for movie nights, games, or just lounging after a day exploring the city. Enjoy city views from the rooftop, a perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just relaxing under the sky. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet. Pet fees are $25 per night, per pet for 1–4 nights, $200 per pet for 5–29 nights, and $300 per pet for 30+ nights. Free parking is available in the private garage. You’re in a vibrant, historic area near Old East Dallas/College Hill, with easy access to Lower Greenville, Knox-Henderson, and Uptown. This apartment is centrally located for easy access to Dallas’ top neighborhoods and attractions. Stroll to local cafés, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood, or explore nearby parks and trails. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violation. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur additional charges. We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis depending on their size—please contact us in advance to confirm your pet's eligibility. Failure to notify us before arrival may result in cancellation. All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. To ensure safety and meet legal requirements, all guests must complete our verification process, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, completing a brief screening, and undergoing a background check (if required by property management or ownership). Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification standards. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
