The apartment features a sparkling pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and two main bedrooms with lake views. A bonus room includes a shuffleboard table and lake views, while the outdoor dining table offers panoramic lake views. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, a coffee bar with drip coffee maker and Keurig, toaster oven, blender, and a kitchen table that seats 10. The living room boasts lots of windows with expansive lake views, comfy couches, and a big screen TV for movie nights. The screened-in porch includes a TV and comfortable seating overlooking the entire backyard, a fire table, life-size games, and ambient lighting. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Pets are welcome with an additional $300 per pet per stay fee. Boat rentals are available through Lake Wylie Boat Rentals, a third-party company that provides luxury pontoon rentals to guests during their stay. For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week, either performed by guests or by hiring the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Located just 15 miles from Downtown Charlotte, 10 miles from Charlotte Airport, and 2 miles from Charlotte Outlets, this apartment is conveniently close to Berewick Shopping Center, which includes the closest grocery store, Walgreens, Urgent Care, and Animal Hospital. Top Golf is just 5 miles away. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or garage, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if violated. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and complaints from neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. The property has a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the side entrance and an additional exterior Ring camera monitoring the backyard pool area. Both cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation. WiFi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
