The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, cooking basics and spices, a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and Keurig, a toaster oven, and a blender. The kitchen table seats 10. The living room boasts expansive lake views through numerous windows, comfortable couches, and a big-screen TV. The screened-in porch offers a TV, comfortable seating, a fire table, life-size games, and ambient lighting, all overlooking the backyard. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided. Boat rentals are available from a preferred partner who will deliver them to your private dock. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or garage is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts should be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors, as complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 11 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. Parking or driving on the lawn is prohibited, and damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
