There is easy access to Roosevelt Boulevard (US-1), I-76, and I-95 ensuring a smooth commute to downtown Philadelphia and surrounding areas. SEPTA bus and regional rail lines provide quick and affordable access to Center City, University City, and beyond. This apartment is in a City/Urban setting, and there is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. You will hear occasional horns and noise from the Wayne Junction train station next to the building. Guests must be 25+ years of age to make a reservation. Smoking or open flames are prohibited, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM. Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed, and unauthorized extra guests will incur a fee. Pets are not allowed without prior written consent. For stays of 30 days or longer, a professional cleaning is required at least once per month, and the corresponding cleaning fee will be automatically charged. Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage during their stay by local guidelines. Any fines or fees related to garbage disposal or any automotive waste issues imposed by the apartment complex or local authorities during your stay are the guest’s responsibility. Monthly inspections are conducted to ensure the property remains well-maintained, and you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any inspection.
