Nestled in the heart of Rochester at Sibley Square, formerly a department store, this multi-use building is within walking distance of the Eastman School of Music, restaurants, Eastman Theater, and coffee shops. It's also minutes from the Genesee Riverway Trail, The Strong Museum, Memorial Art Gallery, and Gibbs Street, offering access to Rochester's art, history, culture, and natural beauty. Parties are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 9 am. Guests are responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations and must notify management immediately upon discovering water leaks. Guests must maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture; coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. Guests must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. Any damages found in the unit will be expected to be covered by the guest, with a 20% administrative fee charged in addition to replacement costs. No pets without written permission.
