Pool heat can be activated upon request for an additional fee of $45 per night. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, and weight restrictions apply. This property is located in Storey Lake Resort, one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, with easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. Storey Lake Resort amenities and services include a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool with a kids' splash area, a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center, Tu Casa Bar and Lounge, a market and deli, an arcade games room, concierge services, a sand volleyball court, a multi-purpose court, and a kids' playground. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction.
