The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. One parking space is included. We will send check-in instructions on how to access the garage before your stay. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, or $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour if requested 24 hours beforehand and depending on the cleaning schedule. This prime location provides easy access to the vibrant heart of Tempe, known for its lively atmosphere and cultural attractions. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the iconic Tempe Town Lake, a shimmering oasis amidst the desert landscape, where you can enjoy boating, biking, and walking trails. The neighborhood is also a haven for food enthusiasts, with an array of restaurants, cafes, and bars serving everything from local Southwestern cuisine to international flavors. For those seeking entertainment, the nearby Mill Avenue District boasts an array of shops, theaters, and live music venues. Tempe offers a variety of transportation options including rental cars, public transportation via the Valley Metro Light Rail and bus system, bicycles, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, taxis, and electric scooters. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines.
