The unit is secured by smart lock entry, welcoming you into a spacious living space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi access, and Smart TV. The bathroom features a shower with a full-sized tub, complimentary toiletries, and a blow dryer. The bedroom can be brightly lit from large windows or perfectly darkened for daytime or jet lag naps with room darkening curtains. It includes a super comfort queen memory foam mattress, cedar lined closet holding extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, and plenty of outlets for all your electronic devices. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you might need, with full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, electric range and stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans, and basic spices for cooking. Guests have 24/7 support for all inquiries about the property. We are within a few blocks to all the sights and sounds of Henderson Ave, enjoy super-quick access to world-class museums in downtown Dallas, fine retail shopping in Uptown, and the music and art scenes of Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville Avenue. Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is reserved parking available for guests and street parking for visitors. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property. If you are caught smoking, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation. Breed restrictions may apply. A pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee.
