The condo features one large bedroom with a king-size bed and a new memory foam mattress, and a luxurious bathroom with a to-die-for shower. The cozy living room is complete with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV offering countless entertainment options, including new movie releases, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN, and Pandora, all enjoyed through surround sound speakers. Free wireless internet is provided, and an Amazon Echo is available to answer all your questions. The space is stocked with everything you need for a carefree stay, including linens, towels, and hygiene products. Coffee is provided for free. We provide dedicated parking in a gated parking area next to the unit. Uptown Charlotte is the center of the city and the heart of all your entertainment needs. Countless restaurants, bars, museums, and sports venues are nearby, and other popular neighborhoods are close by. For those traveling for work, the loft is ideal as it is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. There are many public bus stops close by, and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot. Walking and Uber are great ways to get around as well. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. No partying or excessive noise is allowed to maintain the quiet and enjoyable neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities.
