The apartment also offers lightning-fast Wi-Fi, live cable TV, and streaming apps, along with a full in-suite washer and dryer. Pet friendly with a pet spa. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions, including a restricted breed list. There is a 2-pet limit and a $300 one-time fee per pet with no monthly pet rent. Gated community parking is available. Minutes walking distance to all major downtown attractions, this apartment places you in the midst of Tampa's vibrant city life. Background screening is required prior to move-in with no fee. Felonies of any kind will be denied. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and guests must notify 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Two occupants per bedroom are allowed, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
