All of the staff, from the leasing office to maintenance to cleaning crew are extremely friendly. We absolutely love Valentina at the leasing office she goes above and beyond to take care of you. Other girls at the leasing office is wonderful as well. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the leasing office returns calls and emails asap. The property is well kept, apartment complex is newer. The complex is in a great location. Close proximity to the Tampa international airport. Walking distance to Buccaneer stadium, and Steinbrenner filed and all the great dining places such Cooper’s hawk, Kona grill, del fresco, David off cigar bar and many other restaurants and bars . It’s also walking distance to the international mall and surrounding ding dining areas such as Eddie Vs, ocean prime , capital grille etc. Grady square offers perks where you get 20% 25% off at certain restaurants and hair salons and other places. The events that they throw monthly are great too (from mixers to Chick-Fil-A giveaways to , wine nights to food trucks and events for dogs) and they have at least 3-4 times la month. The residence is also very pet friendly and definitely recommend for anyone looking to move to the area.
