I’ve just recently renewed my lease at lantower and can say it’s honestly been mostly do to the front office staff and how patient and accommodating they are. Alex has always remained very professional and sincere and always remains punctual with his responses, I can always count on a response from him. He’s helped me out with just about any issue I’ve had and has always helped accommodate or offer solutions based off the scenario. Alex does a great job of making sure that anytime I email or speak with him in his office that I always leave with peace of mind regardless of what I come in to ask about or request assistance with. Matt and the young lady who also work in the main office area alongside him are always very easy to talk to and sincerely accommodating as well. They both show true kindness and understanding and have been nothing but professional and polite anytime I’ve had to visit the office and speak with them. I truly appreciate the team at the front office for the positive experience they’ve given me since moving into Lantower and I appreciate the effort and professionalism the three of them have provided me since living at Lantower.

This place is Heaven compared to where my family and I used to live. We have been here for roughly three weeks, and have been experiencing issues with the key fob system to access amenities. There is a leasing office gentleman, Alex C., he has been a blessing. He has gone far beyond what any other leasing office personnel has before! As of recently I have been stuck at work for the last 48hrs (Helene) and he personally went out of his way to drop off a new key fob to my wife whom was home with our toddler. Even from the very beginning he over exceeded himself. There was some issues with the initial apartment we were renting and he immediately find us a different apartment on the property very quickly. Alex C., has truly made this move easier and enjoyable. Thank you to him and even his counterpart Matt! Some of the best staff to work with at an apartment! Thank y’all!
