Feel at home in this Mill District condo, comprised of two 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. It's conveniently walkable to everything in downtown. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling and modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a gym, clubhouse, lounge, jacuzzi, and sauna. Pool access is available, depending on the season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Mill District, Minneapolis (also known as Downtown East) is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. The legendary flour mills which once dominated the St. Anthony Falls, have been given new life as many of the original buildings have been converted into elegant homes, and slick office space. Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions with the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music, all taking up shop in the Mill District. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location and downtown are very walkable. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
