A few steps lead to the entrance, welcoming you into this thoughtfully designed space. Step into this tastefully designed modern townhome, where the main floor boasts a street entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. The home is equipped with mini-split air conditioning for summer comfort and includes an onsite washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with a full range of appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea setup. High-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens ensure a comfortable night's sleep. This townhome offers a dedicated parking space for one car and free street parking is available. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many, as the pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. This townhome is not handicap friendly and requires comfort with stairs, as there are multiple stories. The staircases to access the upper and lower floors are very steep, with the one going downstairs being a narrow spiral and the one going upstairs almost a ladder, which might make it unfriendly to young children and pets. Exercise extra caution and hold handrails at all times. The property strictly prohibits parties and events, maintains quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and enforces a no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Guest access is granted via a door code.
