If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays.
