The property is smoke-free and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and there is a noise policy in place requiring guests to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
