The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. One parking space is included. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Guest verification is required, including providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. A background check may be required. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
