On the corner of a lovely, tree-lined street with quality neighbors, this redone 3BR/1BA gem has hardwood floors, french doors, fireplace, granite countertops, brand new refrigerator and microwave, dishwasher, pantry, central air & heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer hookups, & a private, fully fenced backyard! We've just put a brand new roof on the house (some photos show the old tan roof from a few weeks back, and others show the brand new charcoal one), along with a 90 foot privacy fence 8 feet high. We've put in a new irrigation system, new grass in the front yard, sod in the back, with fast-growing shrubs, which will fill in beautifully. Close to NoHo West shopping, LA Fitness, and Gold's Gym. Less than 5 mins to 3 freeways (101, 170 and 134) & only a couple of mins more to both the 5 & 405. 5-7 mins to Universal, NBC, the NoHo Arts District and Valley College, 10-15 mins to Disney, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon & Hollywood, & 20-25 mins over the canyons to Beverly Hills & West Hollywood - plus 8 mins to Ventura Boulevard & it's amazing shops & eateries. It’s the nicest home of its kind - this close in, for this price - anywhere in the area. And we're previewing the house to a few special people now, as we're in the end stages of prepping it for re-lease. Terrific for industry people – we've a soft spot for filmmakers, actors, writers, musicians, crew people & industry execs! But we've also rented to many others.
