The community is wonderful. I very much enjoyed the diversity in the building. I met everything from artists to entrepreneurs. Everyone was very friendly. The grounds are clean and properly taken care of. I loved all the plants! The apartments are small (I had a studio), but they're very space efficient. The Murphy bed with the built in closet was a huge help. Washer, dryer, and the dishwasher are all great. It's quiet and the apartments have good noise insulation. Emilia, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She took care of anything that came up in a timely manner. I was sad to leave, due to my work relocation. Otherwise, I would still be part of the community at ArtSet NoHo.
