The second floor boasts a queen bed in the open dining area, a large living room with a smart TV, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the third floor, you'll find a king bed, two queen beds in the large master bedroom, a full bed in an adjacent alcove, and a crib, all complemented by smart TVs and a full bathroom. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, and utensils. Guests have access to Emancipation Park, which includes a full gym, outdoor pool available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, tennis and basketball courts, a kids playground, and a baseball field. Parking includes a 2-car indoor garage and free street parking, with additional guest spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the garage is a tight fit and not ideal for large trucks or SUVs. Located in the MacGregor area, this townhome offers fast and easy access to all of Houston’s main destinations by car or rideshare. While the neighborhood is not walkable, major attractions, business districts, and airports are just minutes away. Public transportation options include a Metro bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away and the Metrorail Purple Line at UH/TSU, connecting you to Downtown, the Theater District, and the Medical Center. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests in the community. Smoking is allowed only outside, with a $600 smoke remediation fee for indoor violations and a $250 cleanup charge for improper disposal of cigarette butts. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee per pet per stay for unauthorized pets. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed overnight, with a $50 per person, per night fee for extra or unauthorized guests. Unauthorized events may result in a $1000 fine. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for a fee, with unauthorized late checkouts incurring $25 per 30 minutes and full-day rate charges after 1 PM without approval. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. The townhome is equipped with fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
