Karina was excellent!! I have been apartment shopping for a while now and she is one of the better leasing agents I have had the measure of meeting. She is very knowledgeable about property and places surrounding the area, she answered all of my questions and even followed up with me the same day. The area the apartments are located are very safe, parking on streets for guests was accessible and the amenities were really cool and there were a lot of them. This would be a very fun place to live. I especially enjoyed Melvin who gave us a tour of the location, he answered all of my questions and was very thorough with the entire tour.

Best experience ever! I've been here for over 2 years. My apartment looks great, well kept property in general, love the location and amenities, but the biggest differentiator is the service of the staff. From leasing office to maintenance to back office, everyone is just so helpful and nice. 5 star service!

WOW. My partner and I were leasing at another spot in Montrose and we were miserable. We went and did a self-guided tour and Jennifer was there to answer any and all questions. When we saw the floorplan we wanted, she made it SO easy to get taken care of with the leasing process. We moved in this last weekend and discovered a few issues. We put in a request for our sink, dryer, toilet and water heater on Saturday evening. This morning, maintenance came in, replaced the dryer, fixed the water heater and toilet and let us know that the sink will be replaced as well. Communication goes such a long way and they have been so awesome. I know we are only a few days into our lease, but if it all goes this smooth moving forward, I look forward to the remainder of the lease!

My fiancé and I have been living here for about six months now, and we’ve had a pretty good experience overall. The maintenance staff is the best we’ve ever experienced at any complex—they’re responsive and really take care of things quickly. Our washer was broken when we moved in and they immediately replaced it the same day as the maintenance request. Of course, there are the usual hiccups that come with apartment living, but nothing out of the ordinary.
One thing I’m lucky enough to avoid, since I work from home, is package theft—but I know it’s a big issue for some of our neighbors. It’s frustrating, but it’s more about a few people being inconsiderate than anything the management could fix by adding Amazon lockers or something similar for all carriers to use.
Another issue we’ve noticed is that some dog owners don’t clean up after their pets, especially in the hallways and elevators. It’s annoying, but again, that’s on the residents who are poor dog owners, not on the complex. Unfortunately, the complex staff ends up cleaning up after these pets, which probably contributes to why people complain about rent being high.
Overall, we’re happy here. Honestly, if FedEx could actually deliver packages correctly and people were more considerate, this place would be amazing!

Lived here for four years and had a good experience.
Appreciate the enhancements in security they made for the parking garage - adding an arm that goes down after each car so no one can tailgate.
Loved the style of my apartments, with polished concrete or light grey flooring, white cabinets, exposed pipes and large windows. I was in both a two bedroom and a studio throughout my time.
Particularly enjoyed my studio - when you walked in the door or were in the kitchen, with the way it was configured, you could not see the bedroom area, which I liked. Made it seem larger.

I’ve been living here for about two years or so now and if I got to give 5 stars something it’s ONE: MAINTENANCE TEAM, they make me want to live in apartments forever for how amazing they are!! TWO: OUR ELECTRICITY stays working, during big storms, tornado and crazy rain and winds! It’s amazing and pray it stays that way. Thank you Camden for these two amazing things that keep all the small things inconvenient when their is such AN AMAZING team behind everything! Also I mean Camden City was cleaned up day after everything the storm took down, our pool is the most gorgeous one in town!!
