Two steps down, and you're in the converted family room with simple built-ins, a large closet for storage, and a washer/dryer. There is a side entrance leading to the driveway, a parking space, and the shaded deck in the back. Back at the living room, the carpeted bedrooms with large closets are down the hall, along with two full bathrooms. The back bedroom has a door leading to the shaded deck in the rear. If the resident likes to garden, the owner is open to allowing access to the raised beds in the back part of the yard, a haven for summer relaxing and entertaining with a shaded deck and bench seating. The owner is responsible for mowing the front yard. The tenant is responsible for watering the beds and is expected to maintain their appealing appearance. In the back deck area, the tenant is responsible for maintaining its appearance and watering the plants and bamboo.
