The garage is not available for use and is not advertised as part of the rental. All guest-accessible areas—including the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen—are located on the main level. The lower level offers access to a laundry room and a bathroom. There are additional locked rooms in the home that are not part of the rental and remain unoccupied at all times. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine per violation applies. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
