The home includes two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite in the primary bedroom. Enjoy a living room with a 70" smart TV and a tremendous sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and silverware, and a dining room and outdoor lounge for quality family time. The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a play area with family games and a swing set, and a huge jetted jacuzzi that can hold up to 6 people, complete with hot water, music, and a spacious bar. This pet-friendly home allows house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $39 charge per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom is opened for groups of 8 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer and once a week during the rest of the year. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Plano, Texas, this home is strategically positioned within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
