This brand new home features a large living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary check-in is through a smart lock on the front door entrance. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials include shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer. The master bathroom has a large shower for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker. The master bedroom includes a smart TV with streaming apps, and the living room features a beautiful entertainment center and a comfy sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 guests. Parking is available in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. If you would like to use the hot tub or heating for the pool, there is a $100 per day extra fee for pool heating. If you would like to use either without heating, there is no charge. Pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. Centrally located in Old East Dallas, this home puts you minutes away from Uptown, Deep Ellum, and Downtown Dallas. You are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby, including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, and the American Airlines arena. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, and McKinney Street are all within reach, offering plenty of options to explore. Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed, and public transport stations are nearby. Ride shares are affordable due to the central location. Guests have full access to the home and we offer self-check-in. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use and is tamper-proof; a fine of $500 will be charged if used. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, with a charge of $250 per day if violated. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is used to detect noise levels. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All overnight guests must be accounted for on your guest list. If any house rules are violated, it may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. The garage is not available for guest use, but parking is available in front of it. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid a $200 plumbing fee. Do not pour grease down any sink to avoid a $200 plumbing fee.
