Hi! Available now. For rent is a small room in a very tidy and quiet home. Six-month lease available. Month-to-month not available. The whole house is orderly and clean, and I am looking for a new renter who can help the two existing tenants keep it that way. There is one cat in the home - FYI. There is no storage space beyond your own room (i.e., nothing can be stored in the garage.) The unit has all the normal appliances including a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The neighborhood is older, but safe, quiet and friendly. The duplex sits on 2/3 of an acre. Much parking on the sloped driveway, and large gravel parking area. Current tenants are two considerate and employed women (not a couple), and as their landlord, I am looking for a third renter to fill the third and last vacant room. One of the women lives in the master (which has its own bathroom), and one of them lives across the hall from your new room, and she will share the tidy common bathroom with you. Rent is $625, and monthly utilities for the home average $277 per month, which split three ways comes to $3.01 per day, for a 30-day month. Internet is about another $15 extra per tenant. You will have full access to the common areas of the home, of course, meaning front (TV) room, kitchen, laundry room, fire pit, garden area, etc. Parking is on a paved driveway, or on the gravel parking area below. The housing agreement does not allow overnight guests, not even custodial children or family. This rule will not loosen up over time, so please consider this when choosing to reply. Please reply in a way that helps me understand what you are looking for, and what you need. Perhaps a bit about why you are moving now, and what you are looking for in your next home. Some helpful questions: ~ Can you demonstrate your ability to pay? ~ Do you smoke - anything? If so, please elaborate. ~ What is a normal day (schedule-wise) for you? (Include work-from-home schedule, if applicable.) ~ What prompts your move? Please email, call, or text, and I will get back to you ASAP. If you sound like a good fit, I will arrange for you to meet with one of the current tenants to show you the place in-person. Thanks!
