About 1510 SW Alder St

We are looking for someone to take over our lease with Alta Art Tower beginning as soon as Aug 20th. The lease will become month-to-month starting November 19th. So you have the option for a short-term or long-term stay, whatever suits you! You would receive the apartment empty, fully cleaned, and ready to go as soon as August 20th (dates are flexible). We are pregnant and expecting late Fall/early Winter so we are moving out of our 1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 bathroom apartment in the brand new Alta Art Tower. We are the first and only tenants to live in this unit so far and we’ve been here less than a year, so you’ll be getting near brand new condition appliances, fixtures, etc! We’ve loved living here and have enjoyed the amenities of the building, including gym, rooftop pent house, and music lounge. Let our change in circumstances be your boon with a month-to-month lease in this very desirable downtown location! Close to tri-met, NW 23rd, Timbers stadium, Pearl district, and more! Myself and husband would not be living in or have access to the apartment, however we will technically be on the lease until November 19. On November 19, we would be removed from the lease and you would have the option to remain in the apartment on the same lease and go month-to-month or to end the lease and move out. We are happy to have you over to tour the apartment if you’re serious about moving forward with renting this apartment! Just message me and we’ll set a date. We are working with building management at Alta Art Tower to help facilitate this as well. If you have any questions, let me know and I’ll do what I can to answer or I can put you in contact with building management.
