Spacious and sunny 1 bedroom in professionally managed building. Quiet building with mostly professionals and grad students. Many of our tenants stay with us for years. Second floor corner unit has windows on 3 sides of the building. Bedroom gets sun. Renovated kitchen with dishwasher, built in microwave, and disposal opens to dining area off of the kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. Large bedroom easily fits a king or queen sized bed, dresser or 2 and desk, Living room can fit one or 2 sofas and an entertainment center and coffee table. Tons of closet space (REALLY!!!), recessed lights, renovated tile bath, laundry in the building. Close to T and Longwood bus, Comm. Ave, and Whole foods market. Walk your dog at the reservoir (about a 5 minute walk from the building). We own and manage our own units. Photos of the unit are from a prior tenant. The building sits on a hill a block above Comm Ave. There is little street noise and the area immediately around is quiet. Easily walk to Whole foods, the T and several other stores. Easily bike everywhere. Close to T and Longwood bus, Comm. Ave, and Whole Foods market. Walk your dog at the reservoir (about a 5 minute walk from the building). The building sits on a hill a block above Comm Ave. There is little street noise and the area immediately around is quiet. Easily walk to Whole foods, the T and several other stores.
