This 3 bedroom townhome is located just 5 minutes from Iowa State University's campus! The main level features a large living space with all hardwood floors, Just off the living room is a glass sliding door that leads to a private patio. The kitchen includes all stainless appliances including a dishwasher. A full bathroom and the washer/dryer is also located on the main level. Three bedrooms along with a full bath are on the 2nd story. This home does consider 2 small pets under 35lbs for an additional $50 per month per pet and a non-refundable $250 pet fee, please no smoking.
