Enjoy this main floor duplex unit located near downtown Ames and walking distance to Main Street. When you walk into the unit you will find yourself in a spacious living room. Through the living room is the nice kitchen. Off the living room and kitchen is a bonus room that could be used as a bedroom, office or den. On the other side of the property there are 2 nice bedrooms with a bathroom in-between. There is an additional bedroom in the basement. Laundry hook-ups are provided in the basement as an added bonus. Section 8 or housing assistance are not accepted.
