Newly remodeled 3 bed 1 bath home with new stainless steel appliances and in unit washer/dryer. Off street parking and roomy backyard. Home has easy access to hwy 71, UMKC, Waldo and Brookside. Cats and select breeds of small to medium sized dogs are welcome and incur a one time non refundable $250 pet fee and a $35 per month pet rent. Application fee is $35 for every adult over 18 who intends to reside at the property. Full months rent plus security deposit required before move in upon accepted application and signing of lease. Tenants responsible for Water, Gas, and Electric, lawn mowing and snow removal. We do not advertise on Facebook or. Beware of scammers and do not send anyone money who claims to own this rental.
