Unique, spacious layout which allows for various set-ups! There’s a large tiled space that could be living room/bedroom, living room/office, dining room/living room… you get the idea. And then off the kitchen and bathroom, there is a smaller space with wood floors and a closet - this could be a bedroom too or any of the aforementioned combinations! So many possibilities here! The bathroom is updated and has a nice glass-enclosed shower/tub combo. The kitchen is a good size and looks out onto your patio/garden. It comes with a fridge, hot plate, and a toaster oven. There’s plenty of space for your patio furniture and outdoor dining set. Plus a brand new patio was just completed! Freshly painted white walls and so much light, this place needs to be viewed in person to truly appreciate its gem-like quality. Please do note: laundry is not available. So, get friendly with laundry pick-up apps like Rinse. There is street parking only, but it's usually quite easy! If you can hang with those details, you can hang in this private garden oasis and call it your new home! P.S. Can’t beat this Santa Monica location. Less than 1 mile from the beach, walkable to all the goodies on Lincoln, on Rose in Venice, that great Whole Foods, and it’s worth mentioning again, the BEACH! If you hop on one of those Bird scooters, you can get even further faster, like the METRO and 3rd St or Main St. How awesome is that?! And BONUS!
